Your annual Bairns Survey is live now, which explores a range of topics regarding Falkirk Football Club. The aim of the survey is to highlight the areas where the Club is performing well, while also identifying where supporters feel improvements are needed.
As a fan-owned Club, both the Boards of the FSS and of FFC are committed to ensuring that supporters’ voices are embedded in every aspect of how our Club operates. This survey is a key part of that process and an important starting point in gathering the views of the fanbase. What matters most is that the feedback you provide is used to drive real improvement in the areas that matter to supporters.
Last year, 1,050 supporters contributed towards this consultation, which resulted in the club taking action to improve areas such as stadium cleanliness, Falkirk TV, and infrastructure upgrades. The club and FSS are now calling on all supporters, whether they are an FSS member or not, to submit their thoughts so that further improvements can be made.
The FSS, as the recognised voice of fans within the Club, is here to help make sure your views are not only heard, but acted upon. The results of this survey will help shape their work with members and the club going forward.
