Following the recent announcement by the Club, the FSS Committee welcomes Bob, Stuart and Mark as nominees to the board of FFC. Stuart Adam is already well known to many members as he was heavily involved in establishing the FSS where he was the Chair until 2023.
The Committee would also like to recognise the work of the existing board who have driven a major turnaround of the clubs fortunes, in particular over the last 16 months, a period which is likely to remain in the clubs record books for many years, but it is recognised that an expansion of the board was necessary following the sad passing of Gordon Wright.
We would also like to recognise the contribution of Kenny Jamieson who will be standing down from the board at the next FFC AGM. Kenny, who is also a FSS member, has worked tirelessly on behalf of the club and promoting the FSS which has been very much appreciated.
There is no change to the status of FSS directors, Nigel Serafini and Tom Angus remain our elected appointees and will continue to ensure that FSS members views are expressed at the board.
