Falkirk Supporters Society – Signed Jersey Prize Draw

Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

• The promoter of this prize draw is the Falkirk Supporters Society Limited (FSS), registered as a Community Benefit Society, working in support of Falkirk Football Club. All proceeds from this draw will go directly towards the Falkirk FC Pitch Fund.
  
  

2. Eligibility

• The draw is open to all FSS members, FFC supporters, and the general public aged 16 or over.
• Board members of the FSS who are directly involved in administering the draw or handling the entry spreadsheets are excluded from entering.
  
  

3. Entry Period

• The prize draw opens on Tuesday 29th September 2026.
• The online payment link and sumup QR code will close at 20:00 on Saturday 31st October 2026.
  
  

4. How to Enter

• Paid Entry Route: Entries are priced at £5 per entry. To enter, complete a secure payment using the official SumUp payment link or scan QR code displayed on this webpage.
• Free Entry Route: To enter the draw for free, send your full name, mobile phone number, email address, and complete postal address on a postcard or a piece of paper enclosed in an envelope to: Falkirk Supporters Society Pitch Fund Prize Draw, The Falkirk Stadium, 6 Stadium Way, Falkirk. FK2 9EE.
• Postal Entry Deadlines: Free postal entries must be received by Wednesday 28th October 2026 to allow for manual processing. Late, bulk, or illegible postal entries will not be counted.
  
  

5. Entry Management & Ticket Allocation

• This draw is administered manually by the FSS.
• Upon successful payment via SumUp, your name and transaction details will be securely exported into the official master entry spreadsheet.
• For every £5 processed, your name will be allocated one unique, sequential ticket number.
• Valid free postal entries will be manually entered into the exact same master spreadsheet and allocated sequential ticket numbers with the exact same statistical chance of winning as a paid entry.
  
  

6. The Prize

• The prize is an authentic, signed Falkirk FC jersey (as shown above).
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• The jersey can be collected for free from The Falkirk Stadium by arrangement, or the FSS will cover standard UK postage to the winner.
  
  

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random using a verified online random number generator (e.g., Google Random Number Generator or Random.org) applied to the total number of entries in the master spreadsheet.
• The draw will take place on Sunday 1st November 2026 and winner announced during the Celtic match, via social media channels and here on our website.
• The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided during their SumUp transaction/postal entry within 48 hours of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, the FSS reserves the right to re-run the random number selector and allocate the prize to a reserve winner.
  
  

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data collected via SumUp or postal entries will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties. All entry data will be securely destroyed 30 days after the prize has been successfully claimed.
