What a feeling celebrating our first top flight win in fifteen years! We hope you have all managed to catch your breath over the international break before we welcome St Mirren to the Falkirk Stadium.
With the new season up and running, the FSS have been busy planning events to celebrate and support our club. Next up is our Academy Night on Thursday 18 September at 7:30pm in the Brockville Bar. Come along to hear presentations and updates on the progress of the Academy, its role in developing the next generation of Bairns, and the future plans for this vital part of our club. Tickets are currently available via https://www.skiddle.com/whats-on/Falkirk/The-Brockville-Bar/Academy-Update-And-Presentation/41312929/
As the FSS grows, we are always looking for members to assist with the running of the organisation. Right now, we are recruiting for an Engagement Officer to help us develop fresh ways of connecting with members, supporters, and the wider community. This is a vital role as we look to increase involvement, improve communication, and build stronger relationships across the fanbase. If you are interested – or have any questions – please get in touch with us at admin@falkirksupporters.org
As voted for by our members, and announced at our most recent AGM, the FSS have been involved in partially funding the new Safety Barriers in part of the KM7 Stand. Fan culture is at the core of what makes Matchday special – the songs, the colour, and the atmosphere lifts the team every week. We are excited to see them in use today!
The FSS now boasts nearly 1,300 members who contribute around £170,000 per year. However, there is plenty of room for more Bairns to join us on the journey. As a rule of thumb, successful fan ownership models aim to involve 50% of the club’s season ticket base. Given the big jump to 5,600 season ticket holders, we have an opportunity to push our numbers even higher and ensure that our club remains strong, sustainable, and fan-led. This is where we need your help. Please encourage your Falkirk-supporting friends, family and colleagues to join the FSS. Every new member strengthens the voice of our supporters and brings in vital funds to help the club sustain itself as a Premiership club. If you are not already a member of FSS, it would be great to have you on board!
Signing up is straightforward. The preferred method of payment is by Standing Order. You can set up a minimum £10 monthly Standing Order with the bank details contained below. Please ensure that your name is shown when setting up the Standing Order and at the same time email us at subscriptions@falkirksupporters.org with your full name, preferred email address, first payment date and donation amount.
If you are a current member, and can afford it, then we would be very grateful if you would consider increasing your contributions.
